The Design Process

1. GET IN TOUCH

Contact me via email and tell me what you’re looking for and what your deadline is if you have one. No deposit is required for this.

2. CONCEPT OUTLINE

Tell me what you’re looking for in more specific terms, what colours, design elements, dimensions, or themes you want expressed in your graphic and if you have any examples, send them on over. After accepting your 50% non-refundable deposit, I’ll then go away and come up with a draft concept or mock-up for us to revise.

3. REVISION

We will look over the mock-up together and you can tell me your thoughts and what you’d like changing or altering. I offer up to three rounds of revisions- almost always enough to get you exactly what you’re looking for- included in the price of your purchase with every additional round costing £5. Once the revision process is complete and you’re happy with your graphic, I will invoice you for the remaining 50% of your purchase price. Once I have received payment I will send over the graphics in whatever format you require.

CUSTOM WORK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon accepting of the requested design job, I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit for any and all graphics commissioned. I accept all payments via Paypal.

You will not receive your final graphics until the full balance of your order has been paid. Once you have accepted the final revisions, all graphics are non-refundable. Further revisions beyond the allotted three per graphic are only permitted if the graphic in question requires fixing due to fault of me as the designer.

All graphics will have at least a 7-10 day turnaround due to the unpredictable nature of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, a chronic genetic condition which can flare up at any time. This gives me time to make sure your graphics and any revisions required are definitely ready in time for when you need them. All custom quotes includes 3 rounds of revisions, with each additional round costing £5.

In addition, if you ever lose graphics, I try to keep everything I design backed up both online and on hard-drive, so if you contact me then I will be happy to resend any files.

Graphics are sold only once and are exclusively yours.
