How can readers support their favourite indie authors?

I’ve found that while authors are spending hundreds and even thousands of dollars to get eyes on their work, the only thing you need to do as an author is explain clearly what you want existing readers to do and a lot of them have no problem sharing, recommending, or spreading your content among their social circles. Not only that, but it’s FREE and arguably more EFFECTIVE than any other kind of marketing. I mean, I’m ten times more likely to pick up a book if it’s recommended to me by someone I know, as opposed to by Amazon’s oh-so-famous ‘Also Bought’ algorithm.

Let’s get started!

As you know if you’ve read my work, The Queens of Fantasy Saga is entrenched in multiple mythologies and religions, but this first saga focuses chiefly on the Greeks and Mount Olympus. I have always thought that before bastardising ancient myths for the good of your own art, you should know what you’re talking about, so i have studied these in great depth and am actually currently studying an online diploma on exactly this subject as well via The Centre of Excellence. I thought in the spirit of supporting all those who come after me and wish to learn of the Greek Myths for their own storytelling I would share my top resources!

My Favourite Quotes And How They Helped Me Survive 2020

So it’s the final week of 2020- WE MADE IT (DANCES!) and what a roller coaster this year has been. Honestly i can say that between my disease, the global pandemic, my mental health, and everything else that has come my way, this year has been nothing short of transformative. It’s funny, because when you think about everything this year threw at me, you’d think i would be coming out of it all feeling worse than ever, but the opposite is actually true…
